Performance and Workshop

Concert Band ensembles at the Edmonton Cantando Festival perform in the Winspear Centre and receive feedback from top adjudicators across Canada and the United States. Each band has the opportunity to participate in a 50 minute workshop the following day.

The festival provides a non-competitive atmosphere that promotes growth, artistry, and ensemble development.

Adjudicators

Each ensemble receives written and verbal feedback from world class adjudicators. Our 2026 panel will include leading educators and conductors.

Instrumental Clinics

Clinics are available for individual instruments and are led by professional musicians. Participation is optional but highly recommended. Registrations are not required.
