• Delivers music to adjudicators as bands head to the stage

• Greets ensembles
• Shows ensembles where to put equipment
• Leads ensembles to warmups, performances, workshops
• Finds the pack of itty bitty screwdrivers for the clarinetist

Equipment Assistant

• Sets up chairs and music stands – don’t worry, we’ll show you where!
• Moves chairs and music stands – don’t worry, we’ll show you where!
• Finds Doug to get the extra mic for the vocal jazz – don’t worry, he’s expecting you!
