A non-refundable deposit of $750 per group is required within 2 weeks of initial registration to guarantee your participation – mail early as we expect the Festival to fill up quickly. A further $1000 (jazz emsembles exempt) is required before December 15 with the remainder due before February 15. FOR SCHOOLS REGISTERING IN THE NEW YEAR, BE SURE TO SEND A CHEQUE FOR THE AMOUNT OWING TO THIS TIME (IE. $500 INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR EACH GROUP PLUS $1000 FOR EACH CONCERT BAND/CHOIR) WITH THE REMAINDER BEFORE FEBRUARY, 15. Cheques should be made payable to: New Era Music Festivals. All deposits are non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather conditions, a credit is given towards future participation. Mail to:
**PLEASE NOTE ADDRESS CHANGE Payment can also be made via etransfer. Email dprime@cantando.org for specific information regarding this. Many Saskatchewan schools have a credit from the 2024 festival that can apply towards your 2025 participation. Anyone that paid the $500 registration fee (per group) for last years’ festival can apply this amount this year and submit the additional $250 per group for this year – simply fill out the times that work best for you. |
