Accounting contacts (optional)

Add the department or association that pays your school’s festival fees. These contacts can view and print your school’s invoices, but cannot edit registrations or fees.

Send the first-deposit invoice to these contacts immediately after ensemble registration is finished.

If unchecked, the first-deposit invoice will not be sent to accounting or the parent association unless it is at least two weeks overdue and no first-deposit extension has been granted by Cantando. Second-deposit and balance-of-fees emails will go to these contacts with the school’s directors copied.

Adding a contact does not send an account email immediately. Their invoice email will explain how to sign in or set a password.
