While we recognize that some schools are unable to travel without returning with a grade (gold, silver, bronze), the Cantando Music Festival are meant to be a musical experience of education and joy in a non-competitive environment. Please consider the spirit of the festival when choosing your option.

Fees at a Glance

Concert Band, Orchestra, and Choirs – $110 per student
- $2250 minimum; $5500 maximum
Jazz Ensembles and Vocal Jazz Groups – $1750

Financial options are available for large groups with at least 3 ensembles.

When are my fees due?

The FIRST DEPOSIT ($750/ensemble) for Edmonton and Whistler is due 2 weeks after registration.
The SECOND DEPOSIT ($1000/concert band or choir) for Edmonton and Whistler is due on December 15.
The FINAL BALANCE (remaining amount for all ensembles) for Edmonton and Whistler is due on March 15.
This information is on your invoice which you can find and print on the Director Dashboard.
We are now accepting VISA (after December 1, ONLY), but there will be a 3% fee added to your balance for any fees paid with a credit card.
