Please choose one of the following invoice options:

First Deposit

• The first deposit for Edmonton and Whistler is $750 per ensemble.
• The first deposit is due 2 weeks after registration. It is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Second Deposit

• The second deposit for Edmonton and Whistler is $1,000 per concert band (orchestra, string ensemble, etc. – any ensemble registered in the concert band category) and choir.
• There is no second deposit for Jazz bands and Vocal Jazz ensembles.
• The second deposit is due December 15.

Balance of Fees

• The balance of fees is due March 15.
• The 3% processing fee will be added at time of payment for any balances paid with credit cards.

Invoice Notes

• INCLUDE your SCHOOL NAME on your cheque or in the message section of your e-Transfer.
• We are now accepting VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, but there will be a 3% fee added to your balance for any fees paid with a credit card.
  • Example: $1,000 paid by credit card + $2,000 paid by cheque = $30 credit card processing fee
