Hello, Whistler choirs and bands — welcome back. We hope you got the kind of summer you needed, and that you’re feeling ready for the year ahead.
To our directors: thanks for the work you put in over the break to get your programs ready. To our students and families: we’re looking forward to having you back in the valley.
We’re well into planning for the 2026–2027 Whistler Cantando Festival. Concerts are being scheduled, adjudicators are being confirmed, and the rest of the program is coming together. We’ll share specifics in the coming weeks.
Registration is open. If your ensembles are set, get them in early — Whistler fills up fast between festival travel, lodging, and performance slots, and earlier registration makes the logistics easier on everyone.
We’re really looking forward to next season. See you in Whistler.
